  • “Once we accept our limits, we go beyond them.”- Albert Einstein. ••• The picture might not show it, but I was pushing all my limits at this particular moment. It was around +49C, and we went to take some 📷shots on the dunes, in Death Valley. Not the wisest decision, I can tell you that. I was struggling a lot, the heat was unbearable. It was hard to breathe, yet to take a sip of water. Once we got back to the car, my hands were shaking and I was cursing my husband in my mind, but I was the one who agreed to do that. ••• My outtake from this - be wise for knowing your limits, and don’t be afraid or ashamed to do a tad bit less, if you feel that that’s the right thing to do. ✨ Stay safe, explorers! ✌🏻
  • A little break. That’s what I had over the weekend. We went to one of our beloved places in Norway. I read half a book. We walked on the beach. I looked at my phone only a couple of times. We were stargazing. And saw a few shooting stars 🌠 We built a fire and warmed our feet. And watched as the sparkles went into fresh autumn air. I got to cuddle a puppy (of course!), and my sweater still smells like campfire, but I don’t care. It was a blast. ✨ ••• The picture, however, is a #throwback, but I thought it suits the mood today 🙌🏻
